The hotel is conveniently located in a safe but vibrant area, close to public transport and good for grabbing a taxi to go anywhere. The rooms are comfortable with cozy bedding, and the bathrooms have plenty of shelf space. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing recommendations for things to see and do. The breakfast selection is good, and the hotel allows for early check-in and late check-out.
The service could be improved, as there were instances where the concierge was not able to assist with certain requests.

Convenient location near 9 de Julio Ave and Obelisk. Excellent breakfast from 7 am to 10:30 am. Helpful staff for city bus tour and airport taxi. Some staff speak English. Comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk to restaurants and art galleries. Center of the city, close to sightseeing points. Quiet street at night. Elevator and accessible for disabled. Professional staff and excellent service.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The location was perfect, close to the city center in a nice neighborhood with restaurants nearby. It was also close to all the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a public transportation card that we could borrow from the reception.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always providing us with a warm welcome and offering information on the city. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great view and plenty of storage space. The shower was strong and warm, and the breakfast selection was excellent, with lots of fruits and a large variety of tea bags. We also appreciated the 24-hour room service and the laundry service, making our stay even more convenient.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Great location in Recoleta, perfect for exploring the city's sights and neighborhoods. Easy walking distance to some attractions and efficient bus service to others. The staff were courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet served its purpose well, although it could be more varied. Our room was clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff. it is in need of a facelift, which I believe applies to all rooms. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly service. I had a satisfactory stay at this hotel.
